Scope:
Forming a key component of the new Candleriggs Quarter in Glasgow, TSH Glasgow comprises 20,000+ sq.m Gross Internal Area, 12-storey, 500-bed TSH Hotel. This will provide a blend of student room, suite, kitchen, short-stay, hotel rooms and suites, all supported by TSH designed and branded amenity areas. Aligned with the TSH product, a fully serviced 1,500m2 Collab work space and an expanded 1,150m2 meeting and events provision will be incorporated into the overall project along with a coffee bar, restaurant and rooftop bar.
The key drivers for the project include:
- Deliver the first TSH UK concept to institutional investment grade standard
