Scope:
The purpose of this initial project is to deliver, for the Joint Venture Company, professional technical advisory services (Project + Cost Management) for for the entire 35-acre site masterplan and primary infrastructure. The project also provides for 28 commercial development plots totalling 680,000sq.ft.
The key drivers for the project include:
- Ensure the commercial viability and appeal of the built assets is delivered
- Timely delivery of the project scope aligned to the development programme for the building plots
- Ensure efficient and budgeted capital spend aligned to programme of delivery
- Provide contract management support to mitigate construction risks
Outcome:
Successful approval of Masterplan, delivery of adoptable standard civil and utility infrastructure works to commercial developments including procurement of Off and On-site Utility Infrastructure.
